I actually made this and used it in a trifle using fat free pound cake and crushed oatmeal cookies from the store. Just layered it all in a clear bowl and it was GREAT! I got so many compliments on it.

Adored the light taste...would have preferred something other than cinnamon but still suprisingly good combination!

THIS RECIPE WAS REALLY GOOD . I ALWAYS TRY MY RECIPES ON THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH AND THEY LOVED IT. I AM WOUNDERING IF YOU COULD USE OTHER FLAVOR OF PUDDINGS .MABY NOT WITH THE CINN. BUT SOME OF THEM COULD YOU COULD STILL USE THE CINN. IN OR ANOTHER KIND OF SPICE. WHAT DO YOU THINK. NONNIE

My kids loved this one. I used chocolate fudge flavor low fat pudding. It was a big hit with the cinnamon in it. So easy to make, I served it with cinnamon crunch cake. Yum.

I used Fat Free Evaporated Milk and it made it thicker and creamier. Yum!

i liked it and so did my kids. That is saying something. You could really taste the cinnamon
