Cherries in the Snow

Easy , tastie and pretty! I used splendid instead of sugar and low-fat cream cheese. Being a type1-diabetic I change recipes to work into my life-style. Lots of trial and error

I made this during the holidays last year and everyone loved it! I plan to do it again this year. I also make it for small gatherings with friends, cant go wring with this desert!!! We love it!

This recipe was delicious. My daughter and I loved this. My daughter can't wait until I make it again. This was very quick and easy to make and I can't believe it tasted so good.

I have also made this same recipe but added a layer of some kind of chocolate pudding that I made that I had on hand--we love choclate covered cherries candy and with the pudding it tastes just like them!!! We found that we liked either the fudge chocalate pudding or the devils food chocolate pudding varieties the best as they have the deepest chocolate flavor!!!!!
