Great look. Used a 8X11 casserole dish instead of parfait glasses which needs double recipe amounts which I did not have. The artificial sweetener taste was not enjoyed by my husband but I enjoyed it very much. I will use it for my comapany as directed. For July 4th, I'll double the recipes and use fresh strawberries & blueberries to make a flag. If you have suggestions for this plan, please let me know.

Cream cheese mix was good, did not like with cherries, might be better with strawberries or blueberris

My kids love this. They request that I make it all the time. The little one doesn't like cherries so I usually make two batches one is chocolate for her.

I made this for our VBS supper, however with small children I was afraid they would not eat the cherries. We made Strawberry in the snow. We made the snow, strawberry pudding, snow and placed a fresh strawberry on top. We used an icecream scoop to place the snow and pudding in plastic cups so you could see the layers, This made it look like a snowball on top before placing the strawberry on. The kids and adults really liked it. Great Idea.

I make this, and then spoon it into a ready made grahm-cracker crust and put the cherries on top. It's quick and easy and very delicious! Great to bring to a picnic! People think you spent hours!

I am diabetic and am on a low carbohydrate diet. Therefore, I omitted the sugar from the recipe. I was delicious and only had 25 carbohydrates without the sugar. signed: granny22
