I did not use the walnuts because of my husband. He raved about this recipe!

These cookies are amazing. I made them without the nuts because my brother doesn't like nuts, but they were still good without them. I like big cookies, so I didn't cut the caramels in half and instead made 2 1/2 dozen big cookies. I make several different types of cookies every year at Christmas for baskets for friends and these were by far the favorites.

I made this recipe for a cookie exchange at work, and my family couldn't stop eating them! They were a hit at work, and super easy to make. The cookies taste like mini carmel brownies! This is definately a recipe that I will make again, and again!

I made this for a christmas party and they turned out great. I got kinda woried when I put in the canned milk and it turned fudgy, but it worked!

My 4 year old daughter loved helping on this cookie recipe! She rolled each cookie in Splenda (we substituted) and enjoyed it so much. My family tried the cookies once they cooled off and they all loved them. I may try to do the chocolate in the middle next time. That would be good too.

Very easy to make and delicious. Only bad part is I couldn't stop eating them. These are going to become our new Christmas tradition.

This was a great treat!!! These are great to make with my 2 year old. You don't need a mixer to make these. My daughter loves to help me stir:) I used white chocolate chips instead of the Baker's. She helped me count out the chips for the center of each cookie. I used 6 chips per cookie. They would be easier to roll without the nuts, but they are delicious with them. They are also good cold. I didn't bother to reheat them. Thank you for the recipe!!!!

Very delicious. I like to warm them up alittle in microwave before serving. Yummy. I used 2 whole white chocolate candy waffers instead of white chocolate that recipe called for. It worked perfectly.

I did not add the nuts and it came out good. I had a little problem with chopping the white chocolate into 8 pieces but overall it was good.
