BLEND
all ingredients in blender until smooth.

If not using remaining drink mix in the packet for additional smoothies, empty remaining drink mix into 2-qt. glass or plastic pitcher. Add 1-1/2 qt. (6 cups) cold water; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Serve over ice or refrigerate until ready to serve.

My son, Brian, saw this recipe a few months back and made it for his family and friend, Michael. Michael loved it and now his family makes it, too. We love this nutritious recipe anytime of the day.

It was a bad tasting recipe that I got from my girlfriend and she said it was really good. But, it was gross!!

I enjoy fruit drinks especially yogurt mixtures. This was the best strawberry smoothie I've had.
