This recipe is good when someone has an illness and finds it hard to swollow. I used the fruit wth whole milk for more nutrition.

We found that the drink mix overpowers the other flavors, so we use juice in place of the milk and water and eliminate the drink mix. It's our favorite smoothie recipe, and you can make it with many different fruit combos. Try 3 bananas and 1/2 cup raspberries. Yum!

This seems to hit the royal spot on a hot and sticky day. My kids really enjoy it along with my fresh fruit smothies I MAKE.
