It's so refreshing and nutritious that it eases away my fatigue. I regain my energy. My husband loves it and so do my little nephews and nieces.

It hit the spot on this 80 degree weather. I don't like low fat milk so I used 4% Wonderful.

Better, healthier way to make a smoothie, use ice cubes, 'low-carb' yougarts (small container!) fruits you want in it 'maybe' a bit of water or milk (not much). Less 'carbs' for diabetics and, hopefully, less sugar too so ALL can enjoy it!

I love to experiment with smoothies, and this is great. In answer to the question about the yogurt, I like to buy plain yogurt which I can get non-fat, and then I add a splash of vanilla extract. I also buy the larger container of yogurt, and when I put it back in the fridge, I put a couple coffee filters over the top of the yogurt to keep it fresher longer.

This has to be one of the best smoothie recipes I've ever made. The blueberry flavor wasn't too strong (which is good), and it had just the right amount of lemon flavor to it. My husband who is a very picky eater absolutely loved it! I will definitely make this again.
