Very good lunch recipe. I used a mixture of salad greens and spinach. The dressing was tasty. My guest enjoyed it as well, and I sent her the recipe.

I also added about 3/4 cup of dried cranberries to this - wow - what a salad!

This recipe was a very welcome change to the usual Thanksgiving turkey leftovers. I "kind of" made it-but with healthier changes. I chose Canola oil, and not quite 1/3 cup. The rest was fine-and delicious!!!!! Thanks! :o)

Might work well as a low-carb recipe minus the honey. Perhaps a ranch or caesar dressing.

This recipe sounds great - I would use spring greens and just enjoy using up some of the turkey after Thanksgiving.
