vanilla low-fat yogurt

PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
Make It
MIX
all ingredients until well blended.
SERVE
as a dip with cut-up fresh fruit.

Special Extra
Place remaining drink mix in glass or plastic pitcher. Add 1 qt. (4 cups) cold water; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.

I made this with Fat Free Cream cheese and Low Fat Lemon Yogurt (I couldn't find Low Fat vanilla). I didn't add the lemonade mix because the yogurt was lemon. It was delicious! I took it to a luncheon and everyone loved it!

i would just use lowfat lemon flavored yogurt or the key lime flavored both are very good. mixed with the cream cheese. crystal light can be real nasty.

I have a 2 year old and a 7 year old, both loved it, and actually ate more fruit! Very tasty! It's nice to have a recipe good for you that tastes really good too!

My family and I found this dip refreshing and tastey, with two small children its nice to see them enjoy thier fruit with this dip, it helps them eat more fruit for a well balanced diet.
