Easy to make and delicious. I used chocolate condensed milk instead of regular as that is what I had in the house. I also added carmel sauce and mini marshmallows on top after taking it out of the oven. I was trying to use up what was left in the pantry that I had small amounts of leftover from other recipes. This recipe worked great for that purpose and tastes great. It falls apart so hubby and I are using this as topping over vanilla bean ice cream with extra carmel sauce and chocolate sauce. Yummy even used as an ice cream topping and not a cookie bar.

Skipped the chocolate chunks and substituted in a 1/2 of bag of semi-sweet chips. Also used a 1/2 of bag of butterscotch chips. Shortened the cooking time to about 20 min.

YUMMY! I used macadamia nuts & white chocolate chips also. These are good warm or chilled in the fridge.

I made some lower calorie swaps and it was still very delicious and rich: crushed my own low fat Graham crackers, Brummell and Brown Yogurt Spread, fat free condensed milk, fewer dark chocolate chips and 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes. Kept the cooking time/temp the same. Will definitely make again.

Really yummy, however, hard to coarsely chop the chocolate.

This was so quick and easy, and everyone at the potluck loved them. I skipped the nuts as we have an allergy in the house, but did take others suggestions and added the butterscotch chips.

These are so good. I've been making them since 1979 when I stumbled on the recipe and they were called Magic Squares. Super recipe!

I made these bars and it was pretty impossible getting them out of the pan. Big disappointment since they tasted real good!
