These worked so well for a cookie exchange where quantity and quality was needed. The bars were sweet, delicious and SUPER EASY! I recommend cutting the bars into squares using a pizza cutter...much easier then a knife.

This recipe is quick, easy and absolutely delicious. I have made it with two variations. Instead of Baking chocolate I use 3/4 cup each of Milk Chocolate chips and White Chocolate Chips. I have also added 1/2 a cup of Toffee bits pieces. Without the nuts.

Great, easy recipe to have on hand for a last minute dessert. Add toffee chips as a bonus.
