This cheesecake came out real good and since I don't care for chocolate crust I used Grahm and tasted good. I however didn't care for seeds in my perserves so next time I will try to find seedless, other than that it was good and will make again.
Very easy recipe and delicious results.
This recipe has become a family tradition. I'm asked for it at every gathering and for birthdays, homecomings, etc. My friends and family love it and I love how easy it is to make.
I've made this with the chocolate crust and with a plain ol' graham cracker crust, and I can honestly say that you taste the white chocolate more with the graham cracker crust. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and tried this with blackberry preserves and it was OUTSTANDING and I have made it that way ever since.
I have made this recipe more times than I can count. It always gets rave reviews and I simply say that it is not me, it's Kraft - I simply follow directions! Oh, the past few times I have used 1 Original Philadelphia Brand cream cheese and 1 - 1/3 Less Fat "Neufchâtel". Still great reviews, just a tad less fat and a few less calories.
This is the first cheesecake I have made in a long time. I was leary to bring to a friends birthday without tasting first, but I did. Everyone really enjoyed this cheesecake - It has a rich white chocolate taste and the raspberries tame the richness just enough to enjoy. *Would highly recommend - was easy and turned out well. (I placed a pan of water in the bottom of the oven while this cooked to help keep the cheesecake from cracking.)
Great and easy cheesecake! Everyone loved it!
I made this for my Valentine and he loved it. My grocery store was out of Oreo crusts so I made my own using crumbled Oreos and melted butter; basically following a graham cracker crust recipe. I put it in my own pie plate so it seemed even MORE homemade... It was a great was to end our special Valentine's dinner.
The crust was too crumbly. The cheesecake lacked a real white chocolate flavor.
It was so good.I've made it twice already.
