This simple recipe has fooled many into thinking I am a gourmet cook who spends many hours in the kitchen. The first time I made this cheesecake, it was auctioned off at my son's drama benefit. The first cake sold for $30 and the second for $25. Each year, the drama sponsors request I make at least 2 for the benefit. Panic hit me last night when my 17 year old asked me to show him how to make it so he could give a "how to" speech at school. I could not locate the recipe and the copy I had put on my computer was lost with crash of the hard drive. I am so glad I found this site. Yea, I have my favorite recipe back. Christmas morning my wife and I needed a FAST dessert, boy did we find a good one! Outstanding! I did use an extra ounce of chocolate. WOW is this good! VERY easy to make!

i used this recipe for thanksgiving, and plan on using it for christmas. It was very creamy. I used extra white chocolate.

I made this recipe last year for Christmas and my whole entire family LOVED it. I am making it again this year but I suggest that you use the Graham Craker crust instead of the Oreo crust. It was too sweet last year.

My suggestion is to take out the eggs. I make mine without eggs and it turns out really good!! I absolutely love it! I make it just about everytime I have company.
