i made this recipe for my family and a friend as a birthday gift. All of them love cheesecake but this one was hard (solid not fluffy like most cheesecakes). The chocolate made it gross. but the worst part was the oreo crust. it didnt go very good with the raspberry jelly!

This is the easiest cheesecake recipe I have ever come across. My husband says it's the best he's ever tasted and I think so too! I'll be making this favorite a lot! Thank you!

I've made this recipe dozens of times (since the early 90's) and it always turns out great and goes fast. I think it is better with a plain graham cracker crust. I also usually leave out the white chocolate - drizzle a little chocolate sauce over it when you serve it - YUM! A bit of advice: I find that if you preheat the oven with a pan of HOT water on the bottom rack (leave it there while baking) and do NOT open the oven door while baking that the cheesecake is less prone to cracking. They like a hot, moist environment to turn out their best (especially if you make the plain version). So, so easy!

This is a great cheesecake recipe. You actually don't have to add the white chocolate and it still comes out great. As long as you allow the cream cheese to soften you wont have the lumps. Big family hit will def make again!!!

Extremely unhappy with results. I love cheesecake and this did not meet my expectations. I've never baked a cheesecake before, but the consistancy was not creamy, but rather slightly lumpy...is this normal?!? I'll try another cheesecake recipe next time.

I found this recipe in a magazine while waiting in a doctors office for my girlfriend who was pregnant with our first child. I made it for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. That was 4 years ago. It's now expected of me to bring it each year. The only thing that has changed is that I have to make more than one.

The first time I made this was 3 years ago and I loved it. Since that time it has become the most requested dessert from my friends. Even those that did not consider themselves "cheesecake lovers" really liked it. I recently started making the Oreo pie crust instead of using the premade crust and it tastes even better.

This is a very simple and easy recipe that my family loves. I have made this cheesecake a few times and we prefer it with a graham cracker crust.
