WoW! Made this for Easter, lets just say the family didn't speak while they ate it, everyone just "mmm" and "ohh"! That speaks for itself! I'm making this again soon!!

This simple recipe has fooled many into thinking I am a gourmet cook who spends many hours in the kitchen. The first time I made this cheesecake, it was auctioned off at my son's drama benefit. The first cake sold for $30 and the second for $25. Each year, the drama sponsors request I make at least 2 for the benefit. Panic hit me last night when my 17 year old asked me to show him how to make it so he could give a "how to" speech at school. I could not locate the recipe and the copy I had put on my computer was lost with crash of the hard drive. I am so glad I found this site. Yea, I have my favorite recipe back. I think I'll make one to keep at home this time. Thanks, calli18

Christmas morning my wife and I needed a FAST dessert, boy did we find a good one! Outstanding! I did use an extra ounce of chocolate. WOW is this good! VERY easy to make!

i used this recipe for thanksgiving, and plan on using it for christmas. It was very creamy. I used extra white chocolate.

I made this recipe last year for Christmas and my whole entire family LOVED it. I am making it again this year but I suggest that you use the Graham Craker crust instead of the Oreo crust. It was too sweet last year.

My suggestion is to take out the eggs. I make mine without eggs and it turns out really good!! I absolutely love it! I make it just about everytime I have company.
