Cowboy Kabobs

Cowboy Kabobs recipe
Everything—maybe especially steak—tastes better on a stick. These kabobs are marinated in two sauces, plus horseradish, for a smart dish your posse's gonna love.

This recipe is great. I substitute chicken for the beef otherwise follow the recipe as is.

I first tasted this about 5 years ago in the grocery store. The woman who was serving the samples recommended that for an easy change I could saute everything in a skillet and serve over rice. That's exactly what I do. My family loves it! I think I'll try it with brown rice to boost the nutrition and fiber. I'm sure it will be just as tasty!

The horseradish really brings out the flavor of the meat, while adding a little zip..........
