This is a great recipe and I've made it twice already. I made a few changes by using all low fat ingredients such as low fat provolone cheese, lean ham, reduced fat crackers, etc. I used Ritz crackers instead of saltines and added a little parm cheese to the mixture and it was delicious!

This dish was awesome. I made it for my parents & sister and they all loved it. They are a bit difficult to wrap up, but toothpicks help. I wish there was a way to keep the cheese from melting out the side. Next time, put foil down on the baking sheet so it is easy cleanup.

Very easy to make. The cracker crust made a nice final touch. My husband was very impressed! Definitely need the toothpicks to stop the cheese from melting out.

I thought this recipe was great! It was difficult to keep all the stuffing in, but otherwise I loved this! Will definitely make again! May even try it with broccoli and cheese in it.

Who would have thought saltine crackers would give this dish such a delicious salty crunch, yummy it makes me hungry just thinking about how good this was. My husband was one satisfied customer so that makes me happy. Thank you!

Very good! I used the leftover lunchmeat from my day-old hoagies and used shredded cheddar cheese (didn't have the cheese slices). I also just rolled them in bread crumbs and placed them in a baking dish with the seam side down. Will definately make again!
