Saltines deliver a satisfying crunch, while ham and Swiss make up the savory, melty filling in this chicken that rocks (and rolls).

This was so-so. Probably won't bother with it again.
This recipe was delicious and really easy to make. The grocery store had scallopine-cut chicken which made it so easy to roll-up and I didn't have to pound the chicken. I also used Ritz crackers for a little extra buttery taste. My boyfriend loved it!
It was easier than I thought it would be to make. They turned out great. I did omit the cracker crumbs and wrapped them in bacon instead. It gave them a nice smoked flavor. My husband loved them (and he's picky)!!!
I made this for a dinner with friends and they couldnt believe that these werent store bought! I used pastramy instead of ham (because we are Muslims and dont eat pork) and it was delicious. But for some odd reason, I had to leave them in longer than the recipe suggested. Everyone else who commented seemed to have to leave it in for less time. Interesting...
Thank-you so much for this tasty and easy meal! My husband thought I was a gourmet chef when I made this for him. Little did he know it was so easy. The chicken stayed moist and tender. I added a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese to the cracker crumbs just to spice them up a bit. Thanks again. .
I made this for my boyfriend and I. We both liked it but also noticed that it was quite dry. The chicken during the baking process got very dry. Any suggestions, anyone?
The Crispy Chicken Rollups were very good but very time consuming. I didn't pay attention to the picture much when I first looked at it and after I made it I realized it was the EXACT same thing as Chicken Cordon Bleu. But I would make this again.
Very Easy to make and delicious. I substituted Mozzerella for Swiss. I would make it again soon.
This is a great recipe that is extremely easy to make. I used toothpicks to secure the bottom of the rollup and it made it a lot easier.
this recipe is very easy to prepare and very tasty. Made it with my grandson who is learning to cook-he did suggest puttinga little season salt on the chicken.
