I tried this recipe but insted of smoked ham I used Oscar Mayer fat free blogna and for the cheese I used Kraft fat free single cheese, it CAME OUT GRATE but my cheese melted and ran out of the chicken. but the family loved it. (Do any one know how I can make this recipe with out the cheese runing out?)

A BIG hit. The second time I didn't roll. I just layered crackers, ham, cheese, chicken, cheese ham, crackers. Much easier and just as big of a hit!

It was delicious. I used ritz crackers instead of saltines. I would make it again.

These rollups are so good, you can cut them in quarters and serve them as an appitizer, and they are a hit.
