I agree with the some of the other reviews, in that the topping, as is, is basically impossible to make. It clogged up my beaters. So, I added 1/4 C soft butter, 3 T room Temp milk and another 1/2 C icing sugar. It tastes better sweeter, anyway.

I have made this recipe several times, and I have been requested to bring the recipe when I head to Florida in two weeks. Will be attending a party and everyone wants me to bring these. Don't be afraid to add milk; I needed to add more than 2 tablespoons of milk to the peanut butter to get it to the correct consistency to spread. Also, I have used cooking spray with flour to grease the aluminum foil.

These tasted amazing, but the work to make them was just not worth it. The peanut butter you put on top took me a half an hour to put on! There has to be a easier recipe that can produce the same great taste.

The icing came out terribly at first and I had to do some "messing around" with it, adding milk and powered sugar until it came out. It turned out thicker but tasted great.

This recipe turned out great! I deviated a little from the directions by frosting, then cutting into squares, and then decorating with the chocolate stripes on each individual square. It was much easier and looked neater doing it this way instead of leaving them in the pan. My sister and I had a great time making these brownies. They are very, very rich and sweet so don't be scared to slice them into the tiny 36 squares that is recommended.

These brownies were a disaster!! The peanut butter frosting layer was way too thick to spread onto the brownies--it tore them to pieces. Afterward, although the foil was well greased, it was impossible to remove the brownies from the foil. Don't waste your time.

A friend treated everyone at the pool to a piece of this. We all raved about it. Can't wait to make a batch myself and "pass it on".

WOW!!! I am very impressed with this recipe. I have made cakes/brownies from scratch in the past & have not been successful. This time it worked. It's delicious & moist. Very easy to make.
