BAKER'S ONE BOWL Midnight Bliss Cake recipe

This cake turned out very moist and delicious! I also found that it freezes very well (perfect to cut into smaller portions, wrap individually, and freeze for a later date)

This cake was very good!! A chocolate lovers dream. It was a bit heavy but the family enjoyed it very much.

This cake is wonderful! We are all chocaholics, this hit the spot. Reading the ingrediants made me think this would be so rich just a thin slice may be to much. This is not overly rich and we all had nice size pieces. This may be our new favorite cake!

Made this for Christmas Party - age range 5-55. Everyone enjoyed the Cake. It is so moist. I used a suggestion from one of the other 'reviews' and used semi-sweet chips. It worked great. I did find (by accident) that if I heat a slice (about 20-30) seconds in the MicroWave, the chips become 'gooey' again. The warm soft chocolate with a little FrenchVanilla IceCream sends this cake over the top!!! Thanks!

this is a great cake the only thing that I would change is that I would not melt chocolate over it. I would probably just sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Instead of icing, I just sprinkled powdered sugar over the cake. It was such a moist and delicious cake, and easy, too!

This was a wonderful desert to serve with a rasberry koolie. I also found that those flavored chocolate chips added a nice touch. (I used the rasberry chocolate chips)

This is a chocolate lovers dream. Althought mine turned out a bit on the dry side. I'm not sure why. Also, I would use semi-sweet chocolate chunks. The baker's chocolate was a bit bitter.

Made this into mini loaves for Christmas gift baskets. EVERYONE loved them. I used GFIC new flavor Creme Caramel. Absolutely will make again.
