BAKER'S ONE BOWL Midnight Bliss Cake recipe

This cake turned out very moist and delicious! I also found that it freezes very well (perfect to cut into smaller portions, wrap individually, and freeze for a later date)

I have made this cake a few times and everyone who eats it loves it. I can't believe how well it goes over and how easy it is to make. I did not use the General Foods International Coffee, I used the substitute of 2 Tbsp. instant coffee granuales.
I made this cake for a birthday at work and everybody raved at how good it was. I used a chocolate glaze to drizzle over the top.
This cake was excellent. I, too, was confused by the coffee ingredient and added 1/2 cup of prepared liquid. Cake turned out great. Very good with a rasberry sauce.
I'm not a 'chocolate person', but all of my chocolate lovers flipped over this one! I was a little stumped over the International Coffees ingredient. It didn't say whether it was the International Coffee mixed (liquid) or dry from the can. I finally decided that your recipes are usually so accurate that had you wanted liquid, you'd have stated it! Excellent recipe!
