My daughter made these for a senior recital at Mesa State college last year, and they were a big hit, she got the recipe from me. I love something this good and this easy.

I made this for a bridal tea, it was such a hit. I suggest serving on a crystal pedastol, it really makes the cheesecakes grand and stand out.

I made this for a catering tray I was putting together for a function and got wonderful feedback. They were very easy and quick to make. Everyone loves cheesecake----I used about 1 1/2 tbsp of graham craker crust instead of the vanilla wafer for each muffin cup and then sprinkled some of the crust on the top for decoration. EASY!

Wonderful!!!!!!! I had to come up with a dessert for a group and wanted something quick and easy that tasted like it took forever to make! I didn't have the cookies so I made a graham cracker pie crust instead and put a bit of that mixture into the bottom for the crust. It went over like a million bucks!

I have been making these for years now. I put different types of toppings on them.(cherry, blueberry and pineapple ) Everyone thinks I spend hours making them. They are always a big hit. (They also freeze well )

This recipe was so easy and fast, I made 3 batches of it in no time. I took it for dessert at the Family's Easter celebration. It went over big.
