What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

1/2

tsp. vanilla

eggs

OREO Cookies

kiwi

1/2

cup fresh blueberries

1/3

cup fresh raspberries

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.

PLACE 1 cookie on bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with cream cheese mixture.

BAKE 20 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. Peel kiwi; cut into 6 slices, then cut each slice in half. Place 1 kiwi piece on each cheesecake. Top with berries.

Cheesecake Squares

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix 1-1/2 cups finely crushed OREO Cookies or HONEY MAID Honey Grahams with 1/4 cup melted butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Prepare cheesecake batter as directed. Pour over crust. Bake and refrigerate as directed. Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan before cutting into 16 squares. Top with fruit. Makes 16 servings.

I love this recipe. I use the Oh-Oh Oreo's. I like the hint of the chocolate in the middle and the vanilla cookie. Sorry to say I am not a big fan of the Original Oreo's. Love the Oh-Oh's.

I make this every year and it's a favorite with my family. The only thing I do different is use vanilla wafer cookies instead of the chocolate wafers and add a 1/4 tsp lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Comes out like mini New York style cheesecakes! Yum!

This was a very easy recipe. I thought the cookies got a little too hard for a crust, but everyone ate them up. Next time I'd go ahead and make a crust instead of using the cookies.

Easy to make them. every time I made, everyone loved it. Even the ones who does not cheese cakes ate them. It was a hit!!

We have made this a few times and everyone always LOVES it!!! Easy to make in advance as well, but the top does crack a bit if left in the fridge too long.

i used oreo cookie baking crumbs instead and they tasted just as great. so easy to make and they are really good.
