Very easy to make - new go to desert! I made it with 1/3 less fat and the texture was still very good.

I've made this recipe twice and it was abig hit. Instead of a kiwi slice, I used sliced up strawberries. This is becoming one of my favorite dessert recipes!

Easy recipe and great for larger parties. I have made these for my sisters bridal shower. I also made them several times with graham crackers and shortbread cookies for the crust/bottom. Great when topped with a cherry from a can of cherry pie filling. It makes them bright and colorful.

I cut the recipe in half for just two people. I used fat free cream cheese, splenda, and low fat oreo cookies. Very tasty, simple to make and just the right amount of sweetness for a small desert. I didn't feel guilty one little bit about devouring a second.

This recipe is awesome! Cheesecake to me is like chocolate to most people. Sometimes I substitute the oreos for vanilla wafers and it is delicious that way to!

These are great! I topped them with a kiwi slice and a blackberry. I also used the graham cracker crust. My grandmother suggested I fill a pan with a couple of inches of water and place it in the oven while baking the cheesecakes. She claims it keeps the cheesecakes from drying out or over cooking. It must have worked. Mine turned out perfect. I plan to make them again. Next time I'll top them with chopped pecans and drizzle them with Baker's chocolate.
