Lemonade Cheesecake

Lemonade Cheesecake recipe
You can’t beat the flavor in this smart-option lemony cheesecake, but make sure to beat the ingredients together when you’re making the filling. That’s how it gets creeeeamy.

One of the most amazing recipes on here. They keep suprising me but this recipe was so light and refreshing for summer! Perfect for grilling picnics and out by the pool! Thanks!

I've made this recipe several times. I love it because it's easy and light for hot weather!

I'm a Weight Watcher member and making this recipe as written came out to 4 pts. for 1/8th of the pie. In thinking it through a little further, I decided the filling could be divided evenly between 8 parfait glasses and topped with just a sprinkly of graham cracker crumbs and a twist of lemon, reducing the per portion pts. to just 2. Ummmmm good.

very good, I used more crystal light and it was very good. I also noticed, it gets stronger the longer it sits.

Very clean, crisp and refreshing and you feel good abot eating it. You don't feel guilty afterwards like you do with a regular cheesecake. My husband was amazed with how vibrant the taste was with as little of the Crystal Light mix I used. The Strawberr-Orange-Banana mix is great also!

This is probably one of the best desserts I have ever had, especially since it's only 170 calories per slice. I used raspberry lemonade and I used 1 1/2 tsp. of lemonade mix. My kids even loved it and they don't care for cheesecake! This will be a staple at our house this summer!

Taste like cheesecake without the work/fat/sugar!!! I add different flavors of crystal light for a different twist. Very enjoyable :)
