Lemonade Cheesecake recipe

You can’t beat the flavor in this smart-option lemony cheesecake, but make sure to beat the ingredients together when you’re making the filling. That’s how it gets creeeeamy.

This recipe was very easy and very refreshing. I used the lemonade and my sister-in-law used the raspberry lemonade and it was also very good. I used two teaspoons of the crystal light.

My family loved this. It was very easy to make. I used 2 tsp. crystal light, light cream cheese and light cool whip to try and bring down the fat. I don't think it made any difference. I will definately make this again - often.

This was great but became excellent after I used 1 tub instead of 1 tsp of Crystal Lite. I made many different flavors. One lady worker wanted me to make it again soon. She doesn't (didn't) like cheesecake! got cha!

The only change I made was I used 2 tsp. dry sugar free lemonade . In my business I help people to lose weight and many of the recipes we use are low sugar and low fat.A week does not go by that someone has used this pie recipe:)

It is so easy to make and it is really a great dessert. I did add additional lemonade to give it more of a lemony taste. I've already made it several times.
