I loved this cheesecake. It was easy to make, and noone could tell it was so low fat! I plan to make this often!

I'm on the Adkins diet and some times I'd like a good dessert. I made a few adjustments to this recipe, to cut the carbs. Add two tbsps. Cystal Light Lemonade, instead of what's listed. Do not use a crust and use Two 8 oz. packages of Philadelpia Cream Cheese. You may use regular, low fat or fat free cream cheese. It makes a wonferful addition to low carb diets.

Very easy recipe. Light and refreshing. A good desert to satisfy your sweet tooth if you don't want to overindulge. Even my husband liked it, and he's very picky. I think it might even work with another flavor of Crystal Light.

Everyone who has tried this loves it! It is so refreshing and quick to make. I served this at holiday party- serving it as a dessert in wine glasses and topped the cheesecake mixture(no crust) with cherry pie filling. How pretty and how delicious!
