Lemonade Cheesecake

Lemonade Cheesecake recipe
You can’t beat the flavor in this smart-option lemony cheesecake, but make sure to beat the ingredients together when you’re making the filling. That’s how it gets creeeeamy.

I mixed the cream cheese, lemonade, and milk together. Then added the cool whip. It was gone within 10 minutes! Yum!

i made this once for my girlfriend and used everything that is called for the only thing was i blended everything at once and i LOVED it. it was lite and fluffy and made you go back for more. the second time i made it for my mom and followed everything to the tee. it came out a little heavy and it wasn't fluffy enough for me.. i love this cheesecake and thinks everyone should make it at least once.

I have requests for this every "get together" I have. I make it all the time. It is sensational for something that isn't so bad for your health. I usually add a little extra drink mix.

I just love this recipe! It tastes great, and nothing has to be changed! I may only be 12, but I love to cook, and this recipe is easy, fast, and super tasty! Everybody must try this cheescake!

Filling does need a little more of the drink mix -- other Crystal Light flavors work also. Tried this in phyllo cups instead of a crust, topped with fresh raspberry for a buffet tray. A delightful palate cleansing taste after hors d'oeuvres.

Need to use 2 Tbsp or more of the drink mix to give the pie flavor. I used a Nilla wafer pie crust which was good but next time will use more drink mix.

You should never use fat-free ANYTHING when making a cheesecake. You have to have some fat in there to give the cheesecake flavor and feel so it doesn't taste like you're chewing on air. I made this cheesecake using whole creamcheese, whole milk and an extra tsp of drink mix and STILL it felt like I was chewing on air. It had no flavor at all.

This was great! So easy to make. Lemon meringue pie is my all time favorite and this pie ranks right up there with it. My husband said it was so good that he thought I had bought it.

This is a really easy and very refreshing dessert. I also used a sugar free peach drink mix and cut peach slices and placed them on the cheesecake and it was a big hit.

Good but needs more than one teaspoon of lemonade mix--maybe one tablespoon. The lemon flavor was almost non-existent.
