This was awesome & very easy. My 8 year old daughter is learning to cook so I gave her the ingredients & the recipe. She made 2 for a church social & it was a hit. Everyone loved it. Next time I will try a different flavor, maybe strawberry!

This recipe is so easy. My husband loved it, and while eating the first slice was coming up with ideas for the next one. He wants to try it topped with raspberries. The kids loved it, as it was a special treat.

So easy and so good! I made one for a food day at work and it went very fast. I used pink lemonade mix instead of plain lemonade. Will try other flavors later. Also used a chocolate crust.

I introduced this recipe to friends in Texas while there on vacation. Their family ended up consuming SIX of them during the two weeks we were there. It's a serious hit with folks and with low fat/sugar free filling, GUILT FREE ! ;)

This was a big hit at a summer party! The pie was simple to make; had a refreshing lemonade taste; lower fat and calories are a big plus. I had many positive comments on the lighter, cheesecake like texture and flavor. I used 2 level teaspoons of the crystal light lemonade with excellent results.
