I tweeked this recipe by using 4 tsp. of lemonade mix & 1/4 c. of sugar.
I used 2 1/2 tsp. of the Crystal Light Lemonade Drink Mix. I believe you must use the regular Crystal Light that comes in 2 qt. packets inside an oval can. Don't substitute Crystal Light on the Go. It is not concentrated enough. My family and I love this recipe. I have shared it with several friends already.
Made it with margerita crystal light. Used the whole pack, made it a bit too tangy but it was still really good!
Excellent cheesecake and so easy to make. You can also use any kind of crystal light to put in instead of lemonade. I will make this again!
I have made this for years. If u don't have graham cracker u can use vanilla wafers. And if u want a low carb, low cal dessert u can eat anytime, I make mine in a pieplate. so it looks like a pie. Leave off the crust(yes crustless!) and use low-fat mild, or low carb milk. Taste the same. Yes I have made it with strawberry banana crystal lite. It's hard to find crystal lite drink flavors in my's mostly tea flavors. (frustrating)...
Quick, easy, delicous, and relatively guilt free in the form of a cheese cake. The only hard part is waiting the full chil time.
i chose this recipe to have a dessert on hand for a diabetic friend. it was so easy to put together. and so delicious, it goes to the top of the list. i'm going to try with some other flavors of crystal light, as suggested by some other reviewers. i will make this for as many gatherings as possible in the future. i'll make it for the diabetic friends, but they are going to have to share!
Light and refreshing. Not too sweet and a liuttle tangy. I add an additional packet of lemonade to make it extra zesty and I like to serve it almost frozen. Always popular - everywhere I go people ask me for the recipe! I don't even think it takes 15 mins to make - more like 5!
A fresh cool and light desert for summer.
This is WONDERFUL. What a fabulous, light summer dessert. This was super easy to make, and so delicious. I added a little yellow food coloring to give it more of a "lemonade" color. I can't wait to make this recipe again! I want to try it with other Crystal Light flavors as well.
