Even my sugar loving husband loved this pie, asked when I would make another one! It will be fun to make with other flavored drink mixes to change up the taste. Figure you could use any low cal powdered drink mix or just the plain unsweetened powder and add a little sweetener. Very good.

I would make this again but add more sweetener to it next time. That, or maybe a strawberry or lemon glaze. It was quick and easy but just not sweet enough for our taste.

I made this over the weekend..used 2 tsps of crystal light powder (as other reviewers did) it was soooooo good! I am eager to try other flavor combinations like raspberry lemonade and add/top with fresh rasberries!

I love this pie!! I made it last summer and thought it was great. Then I had bariatric surgery and had to learn to limit my sugars. This pie is as sugar free as you can get and it still tastes sweet and cool! I plan on taking it to all of my family summer parties.
