I made this recipe for a summer picnic and it was delicious and refreshing. I decorated the top with mandarin orange slices to add color and some sweetness to the tart lemon flavor.

With a dash more of lemonade flavoring and some lemon zest, this makes the IDEAL desert for kids, for one, or for a family! And and even extra bonus-- the left overs are just as delicious!

This is a family favorite for us. My husband loves it. I use 2 tsp. of lemonade mix instead of 1. Also, I put it in the freeze for about 10 minutes before serving to get it chilled.
