Instead of using the chicken breast and having to cook them, I simplified even more by using 2 cans of chicken. It tasted great, and my husband and I can't wait to have it again!

This is always a good meal for the whole family. I used extra-lean ground beef in place of chicken and I add a can of rinsed black beans to the meat mixture once its browned up. Add some sour cream, cheese, and other toppings and you've got one full tummy! Thanks Kraft!

This was nice and filling. I used a mango-curry salsa and a warm smoked cheddar then topped it with cilantro and sour cream. Overall we enjoyed this recipe and will probably make it again.

This truly was quick and easy. I enjoyed the variety of using chicken vs. beef. My husband and I both thought something was missing, but we haven't figured out what! Was really quite tasty.
