Good and easy. I made these for a party and they went over pretty well. Be careful not to overstuff with toppings!

This is sooo easy and tasty. It's a regular dish for us, and is easily halved for me and my husband. I've experimented with different toppings like Italian sausage and bell pepper, and BBQ sauce and chicken -- they both work great.
