I had to leave out the corn and use low carb tortillas and it was still delicious.

My family loved this recipe. I added a little more salsa and used fresh corn. It was a winner!

I made this for my family last night and it was a big hit! It was easy and fast to make. I recommend you add refried beans along with the salsa, cheese, and chicken in the middle, and add olives to top it off.

My family loved this and wants me to make it again. I added a little bit more salsa then it called for and a little bit more cheese. I also added some corn as suggested by another comment. It was delicious

This was a really easily made dish, pleased my entire family, and even my sister, who hardly eats anything, liked it. I will definitely cook this again, and recommend this to anyone.

Loved it! So easy to make. I added the corn to the enchiladas. Not so great as leftovers because the flour burritos get soggy. I will probably just make half next time, but it will be a favorite.
