I am a fifteen year old girl placed with the task of making dinner for my family for a Spanish project. I used this recipe, and impressed not only my family but myself, too! It was so easy to make, and absolutely delicious! I give this recipe two thumbs up!

Scrumptous, Cilantro was a great add-in. It gave a great flavor.

Excellent, Easy, Delicious! I left out the cilantro, because my husband does not like it, but I used Mexican Blend cheese and it gave it a nice kick. I also served this with spanish rice.

I added onion when I was cooking the chicken plus I served it with some taco sauce. My hubby likes it hot.

I make this for my husband to take to work. I have found that cutting the chicken into smaller pieces helps in the eating process. I also add sour cream to the top when serving.
