The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the amount of chicken that the recipe calls for is nowhere near enough to stuff all the tortillas. For you people who love a good stuffed enchilada, double the meat recipe.

this recipe is a definite keeper. Both my children enjoyed them very much. Once I wrapped them I placed them in a baking dish and topped with extra cheese and baked them for 12min at 350. This gave the tortilla an extra crisp.

it was ok, but it tasted like the recipe sounded like it would. i know that's odd, but too much salsa flavor. i will make again with a different salsa.

This is amazing! The soldiers that I feed this to have already asked me to make it again! Once again Kraft has outdone themselves! The only thing I changed was I used extra cheese and salsa. I also doubled the recipie becuase I was feeding so many people.

This was great, it wasn't too spicy, so if you like hot things you should doctor it up a little. It was very easy to make and tasted very good, we'll definately be having this one again.

From other suggestions...I added a can of corn and a small can of diced green chilis. I also added taco seasoning to the chicken while cooking. I used velvetta cheese inside and topped with fiesta style shredded cheese and some sour cream. Very Yummy! Lots of flavor!
