It is a very good recipe but it's very rich. I would increase the amount of peanut butter. It wasn't as strong as I thought it would be. They are also great rolled in granulated sugar, crushed up toffee bits or coconut also. I made these last year and everyone wanted them again this year.

too sticky and icky. the powder sugar once refridgerated sort of soaked into the center so it looked "washed out". i took kept having to wash my hands after every two or three balls, then dry...just too messy, even to eat now it way messy.

Good to hear you can freeze these because they are really messy. On top of being yummy, they look great in the fancy cups. It's easier if you continuously wash and thoroughly dry your hands while rolling them. And maybe if I had let the mixture chill longer it would have been less messy.

Very easy and very tasty! I used light cool whip as well and they tasted great. A little messy to make but worth the effort! Everyone loved them. I would definatley recommend this recipe.

Holy Moley, I love these so much! I used smuckers all natural creamy pb and light whipped topping. It's a cure for anyone craving something sweet and cold and not so bad for your figure. Fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although these were extremely messy to make, they were worth it. These tiny balls of heaven are so rich and sweet that only or two is satisfying, making it the perfect dessert for those watching their wasteline. Refrigerate them at all times or they will melt. I freezed them for about 20 minutes before serving and they were less messy.

This truffle recipe is very easy to make and very delicious!! My husband and I couldn't keep our hands off of them!! My picky 4 year-old son even liked them!

These were soooo easy to make and a huge hit. I put them in my holiday cookie tins and everyone loved them! They will be a holiday tradition for sure!
