These were yummy and very easy to make! I kept them refrigerated for over a week and they were perfect! Great gifts, too!

Very yummy. Our favorite coating is chopped sundae topping!

I love this recipe!! I wouldn't recommend rolling the truffles in powdered sugar (it makes them slimy) but it works wonderful with chopped pecans or crushed semi-sweet chocolate.

These were okay, I expected more peanut butter flavor. I made plain chocolate ones and white chocolate covered oreo truffles as well this Christmas, and this PB lover actually preferred both of them over these Chocolate PB Truffles. I would try them again with more PB.

These were very delicious. I found that they were especially difficult to form as they were quite soft but my family didn't care about the presentation as they were so yummy!

I've made these several times, and they're always a big hit. The second year I made them, a friend of mine, who was a chef at a local resort, took some in and shared them with the staff. He ended up calling me because the pastry chef wanted the recipe! I gladly gave it, and these truffles, fancied up a bit ended up on their dessert menu for the holidays.
