Second time I have made this recipe. Everybody at work loves for me to bring them in. Very easy.

The store was out of semisweet chocolate squares, so I decided to use baking cocoa and oil. Problem: that makes UNSWEETENED chocolate rather than semisweet chocolate. That will cause bitterness! I added powdered sugar until it didn't taste bitter anymore. My kids and I had a great time making these! No chocolate to dip (yea!), and they taste fabulous!

Very easy to make, but a little too rich for me!

A+ for taste but whatever I did these never got firm they were mush balls or choc. moose!!! I left the mix in the fridge for way over and hour and was still mush. Thought with such few ingredients this should have been a fool proof truffle recipe...not sure what i am going to to with these... they won't work for gifts. I did make the simply sensational truffles and they turned out great!! Looks like i will have to make another batch of those.

I really liked this recipe. It was so easy. I had everything on hand. Next time I'll make them and try rolling them in sprinkles or chopped nuts. *Guess what the mailman is getting this year for Christmas*

Does make a bit of mess....but not hard to make at all...really, really delicious....but ,the best part, everyone thought I bought them...I rolled them in 3 different coatings, choc sprinkles, powdered sugar and praline crunch...gorgous!
