It was a little more rich than I thought it was going to be but still very good. I made this recipe for a staff meeting and everyone just loved them.

I made these for work and by the end of the day there was not a single piece on the tray! I made the powdered sugar, coconut, and walnut varieties.

These were excellent. They melt in your mouth, smooth and creamy, rich and decadent. My friends couldn't believe I made them. I rolled some in chopped pecans, powdered sugar, and colored sprinkles. The powdered sugar was the best , it melts in your mouth. I put them in individual gold paper candy holders.

This recipe is so easy to make and was a sure delight during the Christmas Eve dinner. Guests asked for more. I made a slight addition to the recipe...I inserted cashew halves in the chocolate ball. Also rolled in cocoa powder, crushed mint candies and crushed peanuts.

This was very easy! I love peanut butter and chocolate. Next time I might cut down the chocolate just a bit, but other than that, it was very good!

I just saw this recipe and the comments. I am going to make this for New years Eve gathering. I will also roll the truffles in pecans as I received a 4 lb. bag for Xmas and need to use it. This looks like a yummy recipe. Wish I had seen it for Xmas.

My daughter and I both made this recipe. It was wonderful. I didn't change anything in mine, but my daughter accidently put some of the powdered sugar in the mix. It actually made them a little easier to handle and they still taste great!
