These are super! I've made them several times and everybody loves them. So easy to make but taste like they took all day.

Very good recipe! It was a bit sweet the same day you make it but the sweetness tended to subside the next day. Will definitley make again but with a little less sugar. Family loved it!

I made these mini cheesecakes for my sister's wedding, and believe me, i made ALOT and it was hard not to eat my whole supply!! Very easy to make and at the end of the night there was absolutely none left to take home! Perfect little treat for Valentine's Day too! Loved them, will definately make again and again.

I've had this recipe (or one just like it) for at least 25 years. It is so easy to make and for the little effort it takes, you get a fabulous result. I've put cherry, blueberry and pineapple filling on top, and get raves every time. Not only does it taste great, it gets oohs and ahhs just from its looks.

not even I could screw this one up!!! So easy (i used mini muffin liners so the wafer would completely cover the bottom of the cup. I was worried when i saw cracks, but everything settled back in during the cooling period, and they were perfect! Also used, cherry, blueberry, and raspberry pie filling for toppings. YUM!

This is an easy recipe. I prepared it for my friends brothers passing and it was gone within 20 min or less. I added 1/4 cinnamoon n topped it with blueberry filling. This is my 2nd cheesecake recipe and it was a hit. thanx KRAFT
