this is actually a family favorite from way back. Our version differs only in that we add lettuce as in a taco salad and we use a 'v-8' type juice, warmed as a sauce over it. (melts the cheese).

very simple and quick to make! I served this over white rice. My finicky 3, 4 and 7 year olds loved it!

This is a good recipe for kids and grown-ups alike. It's quick and tastes good. Would be great for game or movie nights. Like frito-pie only BETTER!
