it tasted OK but it tasted way too cheesy...it could've been my blender that didn't blend the mixture too well...but this recipe took longer than i expected.

I made this for the first time for work and everyone LOVED it!!! It was easy to make and was delicious. I even added canned cherries on top. I found that I only had to cook it for 40 min and then I turned the oven off and cracked the oven door and kept it in there for another 20 minutes. EXCELLENT cheesecake..I will make it again for sure.

I liked this cheesecake recipe. It was easy to make and it tasted wonderful. I made it for a gathering at work and everybody loved it, even my husband who said he did not like cheese cake.

Would suggest using 20pcs of crushed Oreo Cookies as the base for a 9" baking pan, don't think the side of the pan is really required but if u want, that's ok. Sugar quantity is just nice. Don't think required any sour cream, cheese is already sour enough but that depends on what brand of cheese u're using. Would suggest use crushed Oreo cookies rather than the minis coz cheesecake should be smooth when enjoying it??
