A delicious and very easy to make cookie. Using the soda crackers was a clever idea. My family loved them.

These were very delicious. I even dipped the bottoms into the chocolate as well. They tasted very similar to my favorite Girl Scout cookies called Samoas!!

These not only look delicious - they are! I really like the chewy texture and the wonderful combination of flavors. They are quick and easy enough to have for every day meal, but still fancy enough for company. I will definitely be making these again!

Delicious! My bag of coconut was 7 oz., like the recipe states.

I love the texture of the macaroon with the nuts, yummy! Fyi, the measurement is 14 ounces of Baker's coconut (1 bag), not 7 ounces like the recipe says.

They came out light, fluffy and soft. The toasted macadamia and coconut are so tasty together. They're perfectly sweet. Not too sweet. And they look so pretty too! I put my chocolate into a Glad zipper sandwich bag and snipped a tiny hole in the corner and drizzled the chocolate that way. These cookies taste better cold :) They're still soft!

I made this recipe for my son who is in the navy I sent them off to him; I bet they will be a hit if he would be willing to share them. Knowing him he will eat them all. I had some left over for my family and friends. The recipe was sooooooo gooooood! Thank you very much. Wanda
