I think this is a great, fast and easy anytime meal. It especially looks healthy and balanced with the fresh fruit on the side. I haven't tried this one yet, but when I do I'll be adding bacon or ham into the mixture for a "lil' touch of southern flava'."
The recipe is to high in carbs, for me but the family enjoyed it.
Was very good. Kids loved it, especially topped with salsa. I also added mushrooms and tomatoes.
I would like to make this but with fewer calories, will it taste as good if I use only egg whites and without the hashbrownsm and lsoy or ow fat cheese, well I'll let you know.

Absolutely loved it! My daughter and nephews ages 2yrs - 6yrs absolutely went crazy for it. Makes a great Sunday brunch addition.
This is a recipe anyone can fix. It is perfect. For those of you who are worried about the fat content, don't. The egg has long been called the perfect food and for the last few years has gotten a bad rap. Nutritionalist's research has discovered that the egg has lechithin which deals with the fat. So, enjoy this super easy ,very healthy recipe . I love to add mushrooms and bell peppers.
The recipe sounds good. But I am a single person and needed to try to figure out what the measurements should be to make it just for me. Complicated. I figured that 2 eggs would be a 1.5 serving and so I had to multiple everything by 25%., resulting in some odd measurements like .08325 cup of cheese. If you could arrange it, a utility to adjust the recipes for various servings sure would be nice. Thanks.
Hi!., I haven't make this ,because I just saw it and it looks delicious, easy,fast and I will added some hot pepper like "jalapeno" and., What will you Think?., Any way, it will be my Sunday Cook, because Sundays l am lazy,or off from cooking., and we don't know what to crab., THIS IS A GOOD MEAL AND SATISFIED., sincerely:,
