This recipe was quick and easy and I also included freshly chopped tomatoes and mushrooms. Would recommend to anyone.

followed the recipe to a T, with the exception of adding 1/2lb of deli ham. Very easy and VERY good. My husband even liked it.

A very easy, quick recipe. I used frozen spinach and red peppers, and cheddar cheese. I left out the potatoes...sauteed them up with some sausage as a side dish instead. I also stuck the fritatta under the broiler for the last few minutes. Rounded out the meal with a green salad. Very yummy...my two year old had four helpings!!

Great meal. I put it in the broiler for a couple of minutes to brown the top. Look forward to making it again.

Too much fat. I would like to see this recipe conformed to a lower in fat version.

This makes a perfect sunday brunch dish. I added diced ham and mushrooms, along with the other vegetables. Instead of parmesan cheese, i used shredded cheddar. Very simple and easy. My family loved it. Next time I will have to double it.
