My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. It was very easy to make especially when we were pressed for time. Will add some seasoning next time because it tasted kind of bland.

This recipe was so easy to put together and my husband and i could have eaten all of it at one dinner time however, we enjoyed it the next morning at breakfast.

This one is a keeper! We are quiche lovers and this reminded us of a "crustless" quiche. Family enjoyed it and offered suggestions for which veggies and meat to use "next time." I found that after adding the egg, it cooked faster (the top of the eggs cooked more quickly) by putting a lid on to help hold in the heat. Nice recipe to feed a group.

This dish is very tasty. The parmesan cheese adds alot to the flavor. I used a frozen broccoli/cauliflower mix and then added sausage. Fully cooking the egg mixture is what took the longest, especially the top part.

I loved the recipe for breakfeast. I would recommend using a different topping chesse to finish the recipe such as kraft pizza shredded chesse.

I didn't have any parmesan cheese on hand, but I did have some cheese from the macaroni & cheese & I used that, plus pimentos, green pepper & fresh onions.
