I've been making this dish for a couple years now and always include red onion. I believe the orignal recipe included the red onion it. It's an easy and great tasting family dish!

The kids and I liked it a lot. My husband said it was too vinegary. Next time, maybe I'll make his separate and not add the Zesty Italian dressing.

My family and I really enjoyed this very simple and YUMMY recipe. I made it after work and put in more fresh vegies than the recipe called for - very good! Will make this recipe over and over.

I have made this recipe twice. I gave some to a neighbor and she asked for the recipe also.

Excellent! All five of my kids really enjoyed it....as well as my husband. The Zesty dressing gave it zing that clinched all of them. I used frozen asian-style veggies that included asparagus. This will be a biweekly staple at my house.

we make this all the time, it is so easy and quick. I switch the veggies around to keep it interesting. I also made it once with risotto rice which was fantastic.
